In France there is what is called "smicardisation" meaning more and more jobs are paid at the SMIC, the legal minimum salary level only. @miniwalis1 @Alex_Oloyede2 the EU will float a 90 billion loan with the banks, as collateral - the EU budget. The EU will pay the interest; should Ukraine not pay, the EU countries pay the principal on a pro rata basis of their GDP/90 billion (Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic are exempt)
