🇪🇺🇷🇺 The EU expects Ukraine to pay back the €90bil loan with reparation funds from Russia.
One question... when in history do the victors pay reparations? 25% of the country is gone and its population halved, we have all the advantages.
@ion41776@Xtra_coverdrive@Alex_Oloyede2 5/5 partners over the course of years. In other words—you are doing it for future generations. Whether you want to do it or not is entirely up to you.
@miniwalis1@Xtra_coverdrive@Alex_Oloyede2 Europe is still a good place to live in but the direction it has taken is not good. A generation would live better than the previous one but this cycle seem to have been reversed
@ion41776@Xtra_coverdrive@Alex_Oloyede2 4/4 And when you also indirectly invest in us and thereby create an alliance, you naturally want to gain something from it as well (which is logical) within that alliance. So you then invest additional resources directly into us, in order to gain the best possible trading
@ion41776@Xtra_coverdrive@Alex_Oloyede2 3/3 and it wouldn’t be able to do so even with a collective Europe if it were only at the level of, say, Slovakia. You invest in your own defence (and therefore also in ours, even though we are only like dogs getting leftovers from the table), and that costs money.
@ion41776@Xtra_coverdrive@Alex_Oloyede2 2/2 two countries (but of course that is not the only reason for the problems you describe), but they are not doing it for purely altruistic reasons.Every EU country without a strong collective Europe is weak. France would not be able to defend itself against Russia on its own,
@ion41776@Xtra_coverdrive@Alex_Oloyede2 1/1 I think I understand what it’s about. My country doesn’t have such problems because we are not a great power in Europe. Europe is largely about France and Germany, which have taken on the role of Europe’s leaders-militarily and economically. For now,it is a burden for these
@ion41776@Xtra_coverdrive@Alex_Oloyede2 4/4 since it doesn’t serve as proper employment, especially because there is an obligation to pay health insurance every month regardless of whether you are working. Is your country rly in Europe?
@miniwalis1@Xtra_coverdrive@Alex_Oloyede2 with the increase in retirement age many will die before receiving any pension. Europe/s "golden age" is thing of the past; health and social benefits budgets are cut, manufacturing jobs disappear, poor paid "gig" jobs proliferate, safety diminishes, no-go areas are forming
@ion41776@Xtra_coverdrive@Alex_Oloyede2 2/2 such harsh conditions as in the past, and a person at 60 isn’t even a fifth as worn out as they were 70 years ago. Health insurance is an unchanging pillar across Europe—it isn’t being cut back or fundamentally altered. In my country, there are 264,000 job vacancies available
@ion41776@Xtra_coverdrive@Alex_Oloyede2 1/1 This topic is a bit more complicated—if you’re European, you should understand it well. The retirement age has increased by about five years over the past 70 years. The reason isn’t so much economic as it is quite simple: nowadays people don’t work six days a week or under
@Sizza_XY@Alex_Oloyede2 2/2 and on the other, a lifestyle that attracts both RU and US to come here, because in their own countries they struggle to make ends meet. RU and US are only who is failed experiment 🤣🤣 That’s why propaganda from the USA and Russia absolutely doesn’t work or succeed in Europe
@Sizza_XY@Alex_Oloyede2 1/1 Yeah yeah? Interesting that people are now talking about revolution in Russia and about impeachment in the USA 😄😄We have everything that the USA and Russia will never have. On one side, freedom, an economy, and a level of development that a Russian peasant can only dream of
@Xtra_coverdrive@ion41776@Alex_Oloyede2 3/3 work hard at work until the end of life without a pension? To have no support from billions in EU subsidies? Haha. Don't be ridiculous 🤣
@miniwalis1@ion41776@Alex_Oloyede2 The end of the EU is near . You think they have unlimited money ? Can't wait to see US and Russia liquidating eu leaders .
@Xtra_coverdrive@ion41776@Alex_Oloyede2 2/2 We are well aware that our lifestyle enormous envy in America. We know this and have no intention of giving it up. Europe is very well aware of its position and its advantages… Do you think anyone in Europe wants to pay $2,000 for a dentist?
@Xtra_coverdrive@ion41776@Alex_Oloyede2 1/1 We have economy of 27 countries.. With India now Europe control around 30% WORLD GDP.. Russia is a laughingstock to us… After the end of the USSR, Russia’s sphere of influence in Europe is absolutely negligible. The U.S. is also somewhat laughable from a European perspective
@Reazione_Nova Service... Europe is paying for Ukrainians to destroy, with their own lives, an enemy that constantly threatens us with nuclear holocaust. We could go and die ourselves and it wouldn’t cost us anything… but we don’t want to die, do we? And we don’t want to be threatened, do we?
l'Unione Europea darà altri 90 miliardi a Zelensky. Chiaramente facendo fare debito all'Ucraina e togliendo i soldi ai popoli europei.
Se questa non è una dittatura, cos'è?
@ion41776@Alex_Oloyede2 And now imagine that most of Europe is counting with this... Almost none of us expect that this money will ever be returned to us. There is so much hatred here... WE KNOW WHO THEY ARE and WHAT THEY DID TO US. It is completely pointless to try to distort history - we remember it.
@miniwalis1@Alex_Oloyede2 the EU will float a 90 billion loan with the banks, as collateral - the EU budget. The EU will pay the interest; should Ukraine not pay, the EU countries pay the principal on a pro rata basis of their GDP/90 billion (Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic are exempt)
@DavidVance Your obsession with Europe is seriously astonishing. Try to understand that we don't want you here. Useless to keep mentioning us. If you want to live in Europe, you should have thought about it earlier.. You are like a little child who didn't get what he wanted and is whining :D
