Everyone wants a higher AOV, but if your offer isn't clear it's not going to get you the results you want. Bundles are a relatively complex offer. They'll make sense to your core fanbase who know all of your products. But cold traffic don't know your products and don’t have a reason to choose a bundle over a single item. It's the job of your website to make this super clear. Here's an example: Alya don't have a confusing product – but they're in an industry where ingredients really matter. I've focused on the fundamentals here to make sure customers can clearly find all the info they need to make their decision. Adding a product info dropdown helps keep visitors on task and removes the need to look up products manually.

@ecomhonesty I like this button style. It used to be the only style of button but now it's nowhere

I love the copy-paste brand iteration. The gummies wave will only last so long and grow so big. Might as well spread into multiple use-cases then expand into more sustainable forms.

when you're a brand owner and a competitor copies you, it's annoying. but when you're an employee and a competitor copies your work, it's kind of a compliment. like 🥹 you think my design is good? thank you ❤️

not enough people question it when someone claims a brand is "printing" yet they don't work for/with the brand

@calumnolan_ I'm in a team of ~100 and as much as I hate google drive and how long it takes to download, completely switching to dropbox would probably take a few months 😭

Genuine question. Why would you use dropbox when google drive exists?

Best alternative to Funnelish? Too annoying to use and their Zapier integration has been broken for weeks

@kevin_miguet I always invoiced at the start of the month, but I also charged a flat-fee, not for a certain number of hours

Agencies who work on retainers, do you charge your customers in the beginning of each period before you deliver or after each period ? Tested to charge before and client not happy I am questionning if I might be a bit too anti client woth this one

@TaliasJourney We stayed in Aosta for a week and it seemed like the line of snow on the mountains got lower each day. No snow in town though. Are you still in Italy?

@Tudi_rad My version of this is blocking the cro bros that claim changing "shop now" to "buy now" made them an extra billion dollars a month

@kevin_miguet Hmm yeah good questions to ask. I see a tendency from agencies to scrap tests that lose and not revisit. But I guess you could potentially re-run every test with your thinking?

Honestly it's a mix of a lot of things and I could not define 1 single metric for that : 1. Is the iteration worth spending time on or do we have other more interesting + fast tests ready to be launched ? 2. Do we have a clue of what could be changed to improve or no hint at all ? (through logic, experience with other clients, data..) But honestly nothing more than that. I'd love to hear how other agencies take this decision (curious of you do too )

Brands are pushing new creatives every week on their Ads account and send traffic to 1 page that barely changed during the last 6 months. See the problem ? No blame here. I found 3 main reasons that explain that : →Reason 1 : It's technically complex. You can't throw random vibecoded javascript in your theme and risk to create bugs on your website. You also don't want to sacrifice your branding for the sake of testing and it takes time to create visually clean experiments. Result : it's complicated, and you end up not doing it. →Reason 2 : You got 99 ideas, but no clue where to start. "We thought about that but never tested it" is the most common sentence I hear from our sales call. Research and priorisation are the methods you need. Good CRO agencies bring these and teach you how to do it. →Reason 3 : Once you run your test, you're not sure if it's a winner or not. You've heard about "Statistic Validity", but are not sure when you reach it. You're also not sure when to conclude a test was a failure and move on and when to dig deeper with an improved version and test it again. As a result, you keep telling yourself : "later" but end up never starting testing on your website. -------------- If you recognize yourself in these descriptions, remember : Brands applying testing methods benefit from an average of 3 to 7% monthly increase of their conversions. Do you still think website optimization is a "nice to have" ?

Is there a way to see a heatmap of your navigation on heatmap.com? Can't tell if I'm missing something obvious or if it isn't available 🤔
