Hi @motorolaindia, I’ve raised a grievance (Docket No: 9017674) regarding my Moto Edge 60 pro 5G order placed on 16-Jan-2026 through Flipkart.
After multiple attempts to get a proper and permanent resolution I got totally mentally harassed by the Customer Support & Service Centre

I purchased a Motorola Edge 60 Pro, but from the very first day its back panel was coming out from 3 edges. Even after visiting the service centre 9-10 times, there's no permanent solution. They simply apply adhesive and return the phone but...

Please treat this as a final notice. If no satisfactory resolution is provided within 7 days, I will proceed with legal action through the Consumer Commission without any further communication.

.. but within 1-2 days the back panel comes out again. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, but instead of taking responsibility, service centre staff blame the user.
Also, most repairs were done without proper job sheets, and only 3-4 visits are recorded. They're hiding it.
