3 years ago, I had a vision.
A blockchain ecosystem built for Africa. A wallet, a token, a charity foundation all from scratch.
Two days ago, the Giant Token team honored me with the Blockchain Excellence Award for outstanding innovation in the advancement of blockchain technology and digital finance in Africa.
I don't take this lightly.
This belongs to every single person who believed in $GTAN when it was just an idea. The community, the team, the ambassadors, this is ours.
We're just getting started.

I have a testimony…
For some days now, I’ve been in serious pain—so bad that I would wake up at midnight almost feeling like crying like a child. During one of my workout sessions, I injured both sides of my neck muscles, and the pain was unbearable.
My wife had to constantly massage my neck just to give me some relief. She truly did her best for me during those days. I even had to start taking painkillers, though they don’t really work well for me.
Yesterday (Sunday), I almost skipped preaching because of the pain. Turning my neck was extremely difficult—I can’t fully explain how intense it was. But I still went ahead and preached, prayed for the sick, declared, and prophesied and God moved. Yet, I was still in serious pain.
After the service, Prof. (One of the ministers in the church) came to meet me and asked if I was in pain. I confirmed it, and he said he was informed by Wilfred (Head of Media department) who observed that i was in pains. We spoke briefly, and he asked if he could pray for me. I said yes.
He laid hands on my neck and shoulders and prayed. I said Amen.
I got back home still feeling the pain, but I chose not to dwell on it and didn’t take any more painkillers. Honestly, I was even afraid to sleep, because waking up was usually when the pain was worst.
But when I woke up…
There was no pain.
I got up carefully, almost expecting it—but nothing. No pain at all.
Today, I even went to the farm with some of my family members, and up till now, I can move my neck freely like before.
This is my testimony.
And I hope it encourages you both as a minister and as a believer. Sometimes, your own faith might be weak in a moment, but someone else’s faith can carry you through.
I also want to thank the brother (Prof.) for obeying the prompt in his spirit. He didn’t hold back or overthink it by a feeling on how he is the one who is to pray for his own church pastor, he simply acted. Learn from this.
All glory to God Almighty, who used him to bring healing.

I want to share something a bit personal. Ish.
For a long time, I haven’t really taken control of my time the way I should.
I sleep at 2 AM daily, which is my normal sleeping time. But what I do until then has bothered me.
It is a mishmash of doom-scrolling after doing some productive things.
I do that till around 12 midnight, when I start praying till past 1 AM and then finally sleep.
Of course, I pray, but I want, and I know, I can do more with my time, especially in relation to God.
So, two days ago, I started leading my personal prayer group again in intercession for the upcoming Holiness Is Possible meeting we are holding on May 1st.
And that is what God has used to help me take my time and life back.
Now, prayers run from 10 PM to 11 PM. By 9:45 PM, I am already preparing myself to lead.
By 10 PM, prayers start. I preach and pray. By 11 PM, I plug in my headset and listen to a sermon by Derek Prince, Gideon Odoma, or Arome Osayi, my triad of preachers.
I do that till 12 midnight, and then I begin praying again.
This has gone on for two days now, and I can’t tell you how relieving, refreshing, and transformative it has been.
I specifically prayed to God to help me take my time back because, trust me, I was almost hooked on the internet, especially Twitter.
But now, with having responsibility and a structured prayer life, my time is now my own.
I officially shut down by 10 PM now from non-essential internet activities and spend the rest of my night with and for God.
I am sharing this because I know many people are in my shoes.
Pray to God to help you reclaim your time. Find a community of believers to join so you can pray together.
Try to shut down for the day so you can be with God.
God will help you. His grace is sufficient. Amen.
As an aside, we are hosting a 6-hour prayer and word meeting at UNILAG on May 1st. You can come around.
It will be held at LAMP Studio, Commercial Road.

Back in university, my roommate once invited his girlfriend over.
Normally, whenever anyone brought their girlfriend, we would give them space.
But one day, one of my roommate—the one everyone saw as “too religious”—invited his girlfriend without informing us.
We just saw a tall, dark lady walk into the room with him.
They both sat on his bed. Clearly, he expected us to leave, but nobody moved.
Everyone just stayed, acting unconcerned.
He kept chatting with her for about an hour, and still, nobody left.
Eventually, he stood up, called one of our roommates outside, and told him to come and talk to us.
The guy came back in and started giving us signals to leave, but we ignored him.
After another 30 minutes, the guy became visibly restless.
The lady noticed something was off. She stood up, hissed, and walked out.
Immediately, we burst into laughter.
He looked at us with a frown, sighed deeply, and then ran after her.
