"To hear our Prime Minister, Mark Carney, describe our relationship with the United States as a weakness is deeply concerning. It's simply a poor choice of words. The largest economy in the history of the world sits just south of us—it cannot be ignored. I’m at a major food innovation show here in Montreal, and Americans are here to do business in Canada, just as Canadian companies are eager to do the same, despite the senseless political rhetoric."

Racking up deficits, plunging Canadians into deeper debt and higher prices, all to pad the pockets of friends and insiders. Mark Carney is just another Liberal.

The business case, investment, and wealth? It already exists. We just need Liberals to get out of the way.

"Is that your culture? I don't like it."

Former Trudeau-era staffers say Carney’s environmental policy approach is a more ‘pragmatic one,’ shaped by the trade-war with the U.S. and succeeding a decade of experimental policies under Trudeau. hilltimes.com/2026/05/02/fro…

Todo mundo aqui concorda que isso resolveria boa parte desse debate?

$7.25 an hour is about $14,000 a year. No one can survive on that. People can barely survive on double that. We raised the minimum wage in Illinois. It's long overdue everywhere else.
