@Pirupiruleta3 Así que no me iba muy bien. Al cabo de un tiempo, descubrí que haciendo ganchillo las taquicardias y náuseas descendían, me sentía más centrada y tranquila. También ayudó el ir a un grupo de terapia con gente que estaba pasando por lo mismo.
