This time Trump 2.0 has mostly a bunch of wimpish sycophantic yes men “advisors” who not only don’t dare to cross him but rather give him pseudo-intellectual fodder and justification to his worst destructive policy instincts on trade! So unless he starts to think and be rational again, backpedal and de-escalate very fast - as Bessent and Miran suggested to him early on - we end up with a massive US and global recession and financial meltdown this year!

Data systems so bad local governments barely have desktop computers. Over the past 20 years, while corporate America advanced in the big data age, making decisions BASED ON DATA not “random opinion over golf” e.g. “politics” or more specifically “dysfunction”, America produced media wars. Media wars are a distraction from forward tech movement and American progress and development. Our government dysfunction would be called “toxic personality” and FIRED from any corporation. Re-train America in code & science. Period. Why anyone is dicking around in manufacturing & coal won’t save small Ohio towns. Neither will anti-immigration. It’s simple: we need to focus on skills & non-toxic functioning. Hire well for companies, hire well for the country. Point people toward success (leadership, education & training). Give people laptops & internet.
