@hepatoMD Call me junior...+/- naive, but that doesn't stop someone from creating a new journal. where you just upload your submission. Sure it will take time to get on Medline, but who wouldn't want to submit their article there after they've been rejected by the "big" journals

How come the world of medical publishing has not been disrupted? All I want is a journal where you just upload your article. No cover letter. No clicking of boxes to irrelevant questions. No silly formatting prior to submission.
