Y es que lo intente hacer desde el aeropuerto varias veces y la pagina no funcionaba ... obviamente despues de 9h de vuelo y 1.5h en barajas con un bebe y un niño de 3 años pense "acabo desde casa", y ahora resulta que es imposible .... Iberia ayuda por dios

No han pasado ni 24h desde que aterrice y la web dice que ha pasado el plazo.... si no puedo abrir un PIR como voy a conseguir mi carrito??? Donde llevo a mis dos hijos?!

@Iberia no puede ser 🙈si a la ida me fue mal, a la vueta me han perdido el carrito del bebe y despues de mas de 1.5h esperando en barajas con dos niños ahora la web no me deja abrir un PIR y no han pasado ni 24h

@Iberia el formulario de reclamacion x vuelo retrasado no permite editar el nombre de mi hijo (que puso IBERIA) y ahora por eso no puedo realizar la misma. Estoy en un loop creado x Iberia y no me ayudan online ni nada. Fueron 8h de retraso con un bebe de 7 meses!

@British_Airways how convenient that after struggling with lost luggage and going through your never-ending online complaint form it "suddenly fails" and all info is lost in the process. Surely you could add a "save&continue" feature. How convenient 4u

@British_Airways hi @british_airways - Im trying again and I realize everyday that goes by and Im unsuccessful counts towards your "21 days to be able to file a complaint" period; can I just do this over the phone???

@British_Airways so I've followed instructions: different device&browser *problem persists*. I presume if a client has to try 5+ times to file a complaint over 2 weeks and the system doesnt allow then its against consumer protection law,or must I have yet *another* device 2 execute my rights?

@British_Airways so. broken. Cant get past this step or go back - which means I gotta start ALL OVER again just to hit myself with the same wall. I have a mac that Ive used for past 5y no problem 🤷🏼‍♀️

@British_Airways Im trying to find the policy for checking in baggage with frozen breast milk in a UK-Europe short flight (no dry ice needed), but can't see anything; I'm guessing this is OK since I can travel with liquid one on-board? Need to move my frozen stash to Spain!🍼🥛👶🏼
