Incompetent boarding process for BA481 @British_Airways @aena - passengers scattered around the terminal rather than queuing up sensibly. Because the staff won’t allow people to go to their Group queue.

Why don’t the flight crew help passengers board and control the overhead luggage? Especially when you whine that your flight is full? @British_Airways Crew literally on their mobiles and not helping passengers (or cattle as they probably refer to us)

It gets worse @British_Airways app gave me the wrong boarding pass. Gate staff confused and chaotic.

Hey @British_Airways , I realise things are chaotic but my wife is stuck in the UK, today’s flight is cancelled & Manage My Booking doesn’t permit change and she has a phone number to call which says you are too busy to take calls. How can she change her flight to get home?

Pretty sad that @vueling still haven’t worked out this boarding passenger thing. Flight attendants permitting Row 10 folk putting their bags in the Row 4 overhead. Also Row 3 both sides full of Vueling staff bags. Customers last, the Vueling philosophy.

One of the problems living in a quiet town like #begues is sitting outside, enjoying a coffee and then being gassed by smokers in all directions doing the same. And then the look of disgust from them if you move your seat!
