@UberIN_Support this is exactly why trust is still such a big issue in India. I placed a store pickup from your app, delivery partner was assigned to pick up my order from Ambience mall, even charged me for parking & I got a notification from Zara that my package was picked up.

Right after that, he cancelled the trip midway & is now not answering my calls. This's not just a bad experience, this is a complete breakdown of reliability. No matter how many features you build, if users can’t trust the system, products like this will never truly work in India
