@isitoshe @EntebbeAirport @NUDIPU @Mglsd_UG @LamicareDRO Love this! Accessible tourism is so underserved globally. The fact that you provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles AND welcome cane users shows real commitment. Also great to see proper alt text on the images — leading by example 👏

Our accessible van makes adventure possible for tourists with physical impairments. More than 70% of 80 million persons with disabilities can afford to travel and enjoy tourism, yet developing countries with rich natural tourism assets have minimal accessibility infrastructure.

The Kakwa Tribe & Culture in Koboko District 📍 West Nile The Kakwa community traces its origins from Ethiopia through South Sudan. Their ancestors first settled on Mount Liru, the largest mountain in the area, before spreading across the region. The Kakwa Muke Dance is a powerful symbol of identity and tradition. Men wear animal skins, while women adorn themselves with leaves, branches, and natural beads, reflecting a strong connection to nature. The dance is performed to the rhythm of long traditional drums, a trumpet, a shaker, and layered clapping that creates an energetic and unifying experience. Kakwa cuisine is deeply rooted in organic and sustainable living. Breakfast features porridge made from wild tree seeds, naturally sweetened with wild fruits, honey, tamarind, and lemon, and served in a calabash with no plastics or sugar used. They prefer dry meat for health reasons, and their staple foods include beans, peas, and cooking oil made from simsim (sesame) a completely natural diet shaped by ancestral wisdom. Kakwa are very Great people around The Uganda South Sudan and DRC border The visit westnile campaign is powered by @arralodges and @WestnileBirding #VisitWestNile
