Prayers have been attacked by the left as ineffectual. Let us examine what acceptable prayers look like. Prayers is asking for something. Do we ask a stranger to give us something and expect to get it. We can’t just ask God for things when we need it rather than need Him, while we neglect Him for the rest of the time. Second, prayers can only be boosted by a contrite humble and pure heart. Third He knows what we need before we need it. He is a loving God, like us with our loved ones, He wants us to be in communication with Him out of love and not out of need. Rambling ideas after attending church from an old man that most don’t understand who he is!
