@islam78619 It's hard to educate Shias, who don't want to be objective. No one denied that Mutah did occur during lifetime of Prophet(saws), It did occur and it was banned by Prophet(saws) himself. As for Asma then the correct view is that, its about Muta of Hajj.

@Noor_as_Sunnah There are Hadiths from Asma bint Abu Bakr saying they practised muta during Prophets time...!! Yes...Hujjah is Prophet saw not Umar ibn Khattab...

@islam78619 That needs to be proven with evidence. We have seen some scholars basing views on unreliable reports. So unless it's established then the claim is unproven. Moreover, the Hujjah in Deen is the saying of Prophet(Saws) not Sahabi or a Taba'ee.

@islam78619 I have given you the evidence. If you can't digest clear hadeeth that Umar says Prophet(Saws) prohibited it. The decisive evidence comes from the other Shia sects, who don't take Umar as Hujjah , yet declared Mutah prohibited relating it from Ali ibn Abi Talib. Case closed.

@islam78619 The ahadeeth are clear, one needs to be objective to understand them. What Jabir(ra) mentions in the hadeeth doesn't contradict the prohibition reported by multiple Sahaba, like Ali, Umar, Ibn Umar, Ibn Zubair, etc. While the prohibition reported by these Sahaba is Qati(definite)

@islam78619 Jabir was from those Sahaba to whom prohibition of Mutah by MUHAMMAD(S) didn't reach until when Umar publicly re-stated prohibition made by Prophet(S). So to whom it didn't reach had Uzur of ignorance. That's why Umar didnt punish those who performed it during time of Abu bakr

@islam78619 Please use your glasses before you read this hadeeth. Umar(ra) said that, It was Prophet(saw) who allowed it and Prophet(saws) who forbade it.
