As I said before if I’m INEOS I’d be on the phone with Vini & his agents telling him to hold off signing any renewal or joining a club this summer.
Offer him a massive signing bonus £50m-£100m and make him the top earner of the club which would be around £400k per week.

For me, Fabián Ruiz deserves serious consideration for the Ballon d’Or.
Looking at the entire season league 1, Champions League and the World Cup, his impact has been incredible. He has been the player who gives PSG and Spain control of games, dictating the tempo, keeping possession under pressure and making those around him better.
His performances have been so convincing that Luis de la Fuente had to make him a key starter even ahead of Pedri, who was previously one of his trusted midfield choices.
If Spain lift the 2026 World Cup, Fabián Ruiz would have a strong argument for the award. To me, Ballon d’Or should not only reward goals and headlines; it should also recognize the players who control matches and make teams function at the highest level
