@DownToBlack It’s not the fact that IKF isn’t good value but you can’t build a flawed team. You can’t have too much of one thing and too little of the other or you turn into baseballs version of the leafs.

1. Ohtani was only game-changer in free agent class 2. There was a lot of bad money in 2024 off-season 3. IKF contract has been good value so far (on pace for 2-2.5 wins)

@Gamberg91 @Wilnerness I don’t disagree but the reason to generally call up a prospect is when they’re either hot or ready. Hitting 200 in the minors are neither of those things and things that aren’t saving this team. It’s a desperate move by management on a flawed team

@ispensa @Wilnerness If you don’t see that Barger has more up side then Vogelbach I feel sorry for you. Barger can run/pinch run and he can also play a defensive position. Why do you think they should have kept Vogelbach?
