Today was the last day in The Holy month of Ramadan. I was able to fast and function normally at work the entire month. Tomorrow is our Islamic Holiday Eid Aliftar. This time of they year I miss my mom and sister. . Haven't spent Ramadan or did with them for the past 3 years.

@TPP_MD I function my best with 5-7 hours of sleep. Not more. But I can do less and survive ...

Am I the only one who functions sub optimally if I get less than 8 hours of sleep 3 nights in a row? I’ve decided that my optimal amount of sleep time is 9 hours. Please tell me I’m not alone (medicine makes it tough, I know) #MedTwitter
