@kyla_Christin_e Seriously! A tip I was given by one of my early managers was to multiply my time estimate by pi and give that number. If something goes horribly wrong, you have a buffer. And if it goes as well as you originally thought, you look like a hero.

@CritsAndCrochet It's not the same, but I make a low-carb pizza crust that's mostly cheese with a bit of egg for binder which falls firmly into the "good enough" camp. Something like that, or maybe with almond flour, might work for you and satisfy the craving.
