Hi @JioCare, I have a Jio number that I’ve used very rarely, but now it says the number is not valid. I tried recharging it, but the transaction isn’t going through. I also attempted to contact customer care, but couldn’t get any help. @reliancejio

My 72 y/o uncle was rushed to Sarvodaya Hospital Delhi (railway empanelled) with a heart emergency. He's awaiting pacemaker surgery but CMS Dhanbad hasn’t approved yet. On call, they said “should’ve come to Dhanbad.” He needs urgent help 🙏 @drmdhnecr @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva

My mom number (******4211) is registered in UP, as I clearly mentioned earlier. I also said I'm currently in Pune. Now BSNL says "not a Maharashtra number" so they won't help? It's been a month with no service. This is unacceptable.@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @DoT_India @pib_comm
