Emurua Dikirr was electrified as David Keter “Dollarline” wrapped up his final campaign push with a massive rally at Emurua Dikir Primary School ahead of Thursday’s decisive vote. The high-energy event marked the climax of a month-long grassroots campaign that has swept across the constituency, drawing overwhelming support from residents. Dollarline was joined by a strong lineup of leaders including Hon. Ezekiel Kipronoh (Ilkerin Ward), Hon. Kipsang Mibei (Mogondo Ward), Hon. Kipkoech Tembur (Ololmasani Ward), Hon.
