@Duke991_ Management+ Tocchet forced him to be Crosby when he isn't near player or person. Forced him through injuries (a lot of players did) and now its showing + all the off ice. Fresh start, more creative hockey should get him going, espically since i think hes motivated to show it.

@Sapsterr_ The truth is, the club needs to get rid of as many players from the past core as possible (EP40, Boeser, Debrusk, Hronek, Demko). They have too much baggage with the negativity that came from the previous drama. It's better to have a fresh set of vets from competent orgs.

Just from an Organizational Behaviour perspective, I'm wondering if there are any current teammates there at all? There needs to be more cohesion amongst the people who are actually Canucks, and this goes for inside and outside the rink. (Think of Buium + Willander for example) The only thing worse than informal groups (cliques) in an organization is having 0 camaraderie at all. (That doesn't mean that Hronek can't be friends with Miller and Hughes. In fact, it's good that they're friends.)
