One of my TikTok posts from 3 days ago has started picking up nicely, reaching 61K views with 84% (and still growing) of the audience coming from the US, using a VPN-only setup. As I mentioned before, TikTok doesn’t ban VPNs. What gets flagged are low-quality or heavily abused VPN IPs that have been used for spam. The most important factor is still the content. If your content doesn’t resonate with the audience in the country you’re targeting, you’ll likely get stuck at 100–2,000 views, regardless of whether you’re using a VPN or not. And if you’re already in the US, you don’t need a VPN at all, just using a local SIM card is enough.

@itinio_app @alexcooldev Many reasons besides ip. Need device time zone settings etc to match ip location. If it’s at 0 views... Start over. Reset iPhone and warm up again. I haven’t tried tailscale with exit node yet but don’t see why tailscale would be the issue. Its the other device data
