@halfhacked@ac50_@PassportCan I waited for about 3 hours and the line did not move. Had to leave and go back the next day. Just stood in the passport pick up line the next day and was the first few people in. Would not have made my flight if I stood in the line I was actually supposed to stand in.

@nicole_shewchuk@PassportCan@ShahrzadSamii I went around 7:00am but it didn't matter as there were more than a 100 people there and some had been camped there for a couple of days. There is no system once you get there are really depends on what your situation is because they create multiple queues once the office opens.
@ac50_@PassportCan At least in Vancouver, they are only prioritizing new urgent applications (flying within 48 hours) and not even looking at unprocessed older applications. Thieves. Good luck because it was a nightmare.
@PassportCan Hello, my application was delivered via mail on April 14th, and I have a travel date of June 7th. I have filled out the online form for a status on my passport, and cannot get through in the passport Canada phone line even when I call right at open. Any other way to check status?
@ac50_@PassportCan I applied in person at a Service Canada in Vancouver on March 14. Flight was on May 1. No one responded to online form query. Called passport program and they said will not reach me in time. They transferred case to Vancouver for urgent processing.

@PassportCan@ShahrzadSamii (4) at passport centres there is no system and new applications are being prioritized over previously unprocessed applications just so YOU can make more money! Your employees are suffering, fights are breaking out! Your call centre is giving ridiculously wrong information!
