@ONeilElectrical @ElectricIreland Hi, have you been given a reason why you have not received your bill? My bill is now overdue by a month and half . Have contacted Electric Ireland a few times now, but no real update. . . . . . . . . . . .

@ElectricIreland still no bill after contacting ye 4 times. The last bill received on the 8th of December.

@IrishRail I cannot book a train ticket on line for the 12th Dec, (or later) Galway to Dublin. When will tickets go on sale for all of Dec?

@dpdireland Twice DPD have told me it will definitely be delivered. Re routed both times. . . . . Still don't have the package. I will DM now.

@dpdireland Is it normal to have EVERY delivery from dpd re-routed multiple times before its delivered to an address with an eircode? Every day this week (5 days) my package has been re routed/misdirected?

@PassportIRL How can I speak to someone about a passport application? I get cut off on the phone and the web chat is never green. When it is green, as soon as I click on it, I get kicked out.

@matleave2020 Has it been confirmed that the additonal 3 weeks parents leave can be taken by those who have had a baby since Nov 2019? I know this was promised to help parents on mat leave in lockdown, but I cannot see the official eligibility criteria. Thanks

@AerLingus Hi, I applied for a voucher on the 27 March. I haven't received it yet. I want to book flights for May next year. If I don't get my vouvher before these flights open up, can I get a refund instead? I did not expect it to take this long to get the voucher. Thanks

@HSELive hi Hi, my baby, nearly 5 months old had his 3 month check cancelled due to redployment of my public health nurses. I'm concerned that he hasn't had this check. How important is it that this check is done near the 3 month mark? Should I ask my gp to do the checks?Thanks
