I've been using Things 3 @culturedcode for years. One limitation that occasionally frustrates me is that it can't attach images or files directly. You can paste a file path, but the file often disappears later. Recently I solved this with a simple Shortcut. It automatically moves the screenshot (or any file) to a safe iCloud folder and creates a Things task with a permanent link. Solves the problem nicely. It's very helpful for quickly capturing a to-do with screenshot context anytime 👉 Take a screenshot, hold Ctrl when releasing it (macOS copies it to the clipboard), then use your shortcut hotkey.
