This is so disappointing! We have spoken to @FedEx customer care 7-8 times and submitted the KYC 3 times, the @FedExHelp team is unreachable. Even after repeatedly mentioning the material is time sensitive, they are doing nothing to resolve the issue. The AWB is 523053982963.



While I understand deliveries can be unreliable at a time like this, is it fair, @FedExIndia, that you're making a customer, run from pillar to post to get a delivery. Add to that you're asking them to pay customs duty in cash. @FedExHelp @FedEx
