@JanetEmson It me 🙋🏾♂️ my mind is usually quiet and empty, of words and images. Words come naturally sometimes when I’m having thoughts, images take a bit more effort. My mind usually works conceptually. Like I don’t need to visualize where I’m going in order to know the direction.
