Here’s something I learned while building my audience online: The more you share what you genuinely enjoy, the more communities you can build. Most people know me as Zyrick from Web3 gaming. Creating content, exploring new games, connecting with builders and players across the space. But there’s another side of me I’ve been building outside of Web3… The Beyblade community. What started as a hobby turned into another way to connect with people. Battling in tournaments, meeting new bladers, sharing clips, stories, and moments from the stadium. And slowly I realized something… No matter if it's Web3 games or Beyblade battles, the real goal is the same. Build an audience. Build a community. Bring people together through the things you love. Different worlds, same mission. Just keep creating and let the people who vibe with it find you. Have a nice weekend!!

From Content Creator to Project Manager. What I Learned This Month? Lately, I’ve been spending time studying Project Management, and it’s been an interesting experience. At first, I thought project management was mostly about planning timelines, assigning tasks, and making sure everything gets finished on time. But the deeper I went into the course, the more I realized it’s actually much more about people than tasks. A project manager isn’t just someone who tracks progress. They also manage risks, resolve conflicts, motivate the team, and keep everyone focused on the goal of the project. In a way, they’re the person making sure everything stays aligned even when things get complicated. While studying this, I suddenly had this moment where I started connecting it to my own experience. For the past few years, I’ve been working as a content creator. I’ve organized gaming events, collaborated with other creators, worked with communities, and produced content across multiple platforms. And when I looked at those experiences again through the lens of project management, I realized something. I’ve already been doing parts of it all along. Planning content ideas. Coordinating with collaborators. Managing timelines before publishing. Handling unexpected problems during campaigns. It’s funny because back then, I just thought of it as “creating content.” But now that I’m studying project management, I can see the structure behind those experiences. Content creation helps me understand audiences, storytelling, and creative execution. Project management helps me build structure, planning, and leadership around that work. Combining both could open doors in areas like creative production, digital campaigns, and managing large content projects. Still early in the journey, but it’s been exciting to discover how the things I’ve been doing as a creator can connect with the skills I’m learning now. HAPPY WEEKEND!

Been locked in this whole week. Behind the scenes, I’ve been studying more about project management, like really trying to level up my skills, while still pushing Web3 content… and of course my Beyblade stuff. It’s kinda crazy, I’ve been seeing solid engagement on my Web2 content (Beyblade gang, I see you 👀). The audience is growing slowly but surely, and that means a lot because I know it’s organic. Now I’m thinking of finally dropping my first merch… my signature bunny headband. This one feels personal. It’s not just merch, it’s something that represents the grind, the energy, the character.
