Starting my X journey with my favourite topic. GYM It’s been 7 months since i have started my fitness journey. From 80kg to 64kg. It was one of the best decisions i have ever made in my life. But there were struggles. My weight didn’t drop that quickly. It was max 3 kg a month. Later it was like 1-2 kg a month. I started panicking, was not able to understand despite me doing everything why it’s not going down by 3-4kg. Later i understood the mechanism and started enjoying the process. There were many other good changes happening. My strength was going up. muscles started growing. I was surprised and proud seeing the potential my body has. My confidence was going up as i was challenging myself everyday for that extra rep. It became more about internal satisfaction than how my body is changing. The journey is long and i have just started it 💪 Start your journey too and feel the power

@MANSAFAB I have seen people doing that for months but still did not get any results, will say hire trainer, fix your form, focus on nutrition, progressive overload, focus on recovery - within 6 months you will start seeing changes

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring. Just came back from the gym, was craving upma — so I made high protein ragi upma instead. Loaded with veggies, paneer, complex carbs, good fats. Hits everything. This is literally how I lost 20 kg. No crash diets. No sad meals. Just food that actually works for your body. So what’s your excuse?

"I am nobody; I don't know what to post on Twitter." (Why would someone read to a noob?) If you don’t know what to post on LinkedIn, this is your one-stop guide. This is the easiest content hack for you: "Document Your Journey On A Daily Basis." • Learnt something new today? Share about it. • Watched an amazing YouTube video? Share about it. • Observed something and have an opinion? Share it. • Share about the small win you've had today. • Read any paragraph or have a genuine question? • Share your biggest fear and how you overcame it. • Share about your life's philosophy. Content comes from paying attention to your daily experiences. Most people don’t lack content. They overlook what’s already happening in their lives. They think it's not worth enough to share. It is life-changing for someone else; never doubt that! Your personal brand should be about your personal life's journey. Follow @avijeet_writes for more Personal branding tips.

@itsdream_b Starting fitness journey with simple walk is smart choice, consistency is important but i would say don’t wait for 6 months to start the gym, slowly after 1-2 months switch to gym and start working on form.

A man decided to walk every single day. Nothing crazy. Just 30–45 minutes. No gym at first. No strict diet. Six months later: He had lost weight. Had more energy. Started training seriously. It didn’t start with intensity. It started with consistency.

Funny how it works. The gym starts as a struggle. Then slowly it becomes your favorite place.

Protein + complex carbs for breakfast today, and no, it doesn’t have to be boring. I plan my meals every Sunday. Sometimes two days ahead. And the biggest thing it solved for me? That exhausting daily question — what should I even eat today? Half the battle is already won before the week begins. No last-minute decisions. No guilt. No ‘I’ll just skip it.’ Just open your fridge, make what you planned, and feel quietly proud of yourself by 9am. Small change. Big shift. 🍳
