Dami nyu palang reklamo ah. Bakit walang improvement? Ano to tiis ganda na lang yung consumers nyu? Tapos d man lang deductible yung days na walang internet sa bill? Prorated dapat yun sa bill namin PLDT. @PLDT_Cares

@PLDT_Cares, LOS since May 17 and internet is still down. We’ve called more than 10 times already and were told our case was marked high priority/urgent. Were told a technician would visit yesterday, no one came. This is affecting work. Can someone help escalate? #00008865166


@PLDT_Cares HELLO pwede na ba tong ireport nadin sa NTC? 5/13 daw naka sched until now 5/15 wla parin nag cocontact sakin. Ano na??? Tumawag na ko kahapon sa 171 walang mabigay na tulong yung csr. Sa agent daw ako mag tanong, yung agent nyo pag kabayad ko hindi na sumasagot!!!
