are there any good papers about scaling KV sub linearly to batch size or context length (outside of prefix caching?) context - watching the Dwarkesh & Reiner Pope episode and going down a rabbit hole

There are two ways of increasing developer velocity: 1. Do the current task faster 2. Work on the right things (as linear says, limit side quests) #1 is all the conversation right now, but not many folks are talking about #2

The curse of AI is that because implementation costs almost nothing, you’re tempted to build things that make no sense on a whim. But when you use it to build things that you’ve dreamt of building for a longtime, but haven’t because of implementation cost, then AI is a gift.

Jules v2 Early Access form is now open 👀 > Most teams are drowning in scattered context—feedback, logs, and tickets that disappear into the void. > We're building a new version of Jules that is an end-to-end agentic product development platform. It reads your entire product context to figure out what to build next, comes up with solutions, and then ships a PR. > This is an early experiment for teams with a software product in the market. We don't have all the answers yet, but the waitlist is now open for product teams who want to help us shape this new direction. h/t @TheLanceAdams

Andalus is an Arabic-first Quran recitation app for Warsh that @johnennis and I built with @googlegemma 4. A user recites a short ayah, Gemma 4 transcribes it into Arabic, and then we match it back to the Quran using Google embeddings after cataloging and embedding every ayah. It’s running today on a single @runpod RTX 4090, and we think this is just the beginning for serious Arabic AI. PS: We used Lyria for the background music and Nano Banana for the art in this video. Shoutout to the @GoogleAI and @GoogleDeepMind tools. @GoogleArabia @NanoBanana @optijara

I bought a few books because it was recommended to me by an LLM - and they’ve been spot on, probably because this is supported by the long running context in the chat and knowledge about who I am. In the personalized context AI world, I imagine cost per click to be super super high. High intent + high personalization is very high likelihood to buy
