Building new features for any platform is a complex engineering problem statement. There's a constant dilemma between scalability & speed. Solution - divide them into 2 buckets, high confidence & exploratory. Build for scale for the 1st bucket, build hacks for the second!

There are some things mandatory at SAP - Mental Health Day – an additional, fully-paid day off for all SAP employees while some are optional which any team does not miss , like funny quizzes, dumb charades show etc
