So in the past, he used to bottle it up all inside and it felt so suffocating. His method to deal with it now is he just doesn’t expect anything. For e.g, if a friend is late to an appointment, while it’s fine to speak up about it and good too if you can, if speaking up feels too difficult, then he suggests going with the flow (having no expectations = no disappointment) It can be hard but just try not to expect anything frm that friend,either do that or try showing up late too🤣
