@itsbrieblog @bd It is very sweet. What kind do you get here? I know that Whole Foods has "ski queen" (which is the predominant variety in Norway). But in Norway, Gjetost is like Cereal here, there's like 100 different varieties. Some of them are less sweet, some even more so...

@marius I love it! I grew up eating it with 🍏, but tried it just with butter on dark bread today. So good. @bd hates it because he has a bad palate, very sad. Now I’ll try it both ways you suggest!

@itsbrieblog This is an important question! Oh yes, it's a staple. Usually on bread with (red berry) jam. Also a surprisingly good combination: bread, gjetost, fried eggs. (Really!)
