I've put more than $2M in ad spend through Claude Code. Today I'm giving away the skills database that runs it. We handle 2x more clients than before it, and quality never dropped. bid-optimizer, bulk-editor, creative-fatigue-analyzer, negative-keywords, audience-builder, spend-tracker. Google, Meta and LinkedIn. It pulls the reports, runs the audits, and surfaces insights I would never spot manually. Then it executes. Adjusting bids, uploading audiences, pausing underperformers, swapping creative. 300+ hours went into it. Claude Code is the operator. I'm the strategist. This is what I call Ads Engineering. Comment below if you want the whole set. Also hit a follow if you want my DM to reach your inbox.

One campaign did $543K in closed revenue on $136K of ad spend. 4x. Here's how it actually happened. We started with the list, not the ads. I had Clay pull every account matching the client's ICP, scored them, and stripped out anyone already closed. That list became the whole target. Then, before we sent a single outbound message, we turned ads on over those exact accounts. Thought-leader ads, the founder's face, a real point of view. Nothing salesy. Just enough to make the brand familiar. We let it run. A week or two later, once the accounts had seen us a few times, outbound went out. And it didn't land cold. The reps were messaging people who'd already been seeing the brand in their feed. Anyone who engaged with an ad or replied got pulled into the next retargeting layer and pushed toward a real offer. Every deal that closed fed back into the targeting, so the next wave was sharper than the last. 182 deals in pipeline. $543K closed. The ads didn't do that alone, and neither did outbound. Pointed at the same accounts in the same window, they did it together.

@itsalexvacca Point number 34 is one of the highest leverage GTM motions to execute. Because it all comes down to one thing ultimately: whether you want to sound like a stranger or a name your prospects are already synonymous with by the time your email lands in their inbox.

Don't show the same ad to three different people and call it one campaign. That's exactly why most LinkedIn ads underperform. Here's how you segment instead: > Cold has never heard of you > Warm has seen you twice at least (ads, content) > Hot already has the problem and knows your name Show all three "book a demo" and you lose the first two right at the start. You see: > Cold buys attention > Warm buys proof > Hot buys the offer So you can't blast the offer to a cold audience or a warm audience and expect them to buy. Adapt your approach based on whom you're targeting.

@itsalexvacca You can also ask Claude to just help you connect with Apify, without even reading any of the setup instructions. Better yet, you can even give it your computer control and it can do most of the setup for you. Cant believe how stupid simple this all has gotten..

you are paying thousands for data someone scraped off linkedin and sold back to you. plug apify into claude code and scrape it yourself: 1/ create an apify account. free tier comes with $5 in credits 2/ connect the apify mcp to claude code. one-time setup 3/ paste your website url into claude 4/ claude reads your offer and works out the icp on its own 5/ ask for the list. claude picks the scraper, runs it, hands back the rows 6/ swap the personal emails for work emails with an email api (we use leadmagic) 7/ qualify in clay, send our run: 100 leads, 70 on company domains, 10 cents of compute. same play works on your post engagers too. one of my posts had 479 last week, claude pulled every one of them and ranked them against the icp. full walkthrough in the video below (bookmark for later):

A VP of Growth visits your site once. Never fills out a form. Never talks to sales. Within a week their CEO, CMO and CRO are all seeing your ads. That's not luck. It's a system I run on every account, and here's exactly how it works. It starts the second someone lands on the site. Most companies let that visit vanish. 98% of traffic never converts and they just eat it. I don't. Fibbler tells me the company behind the anonymous visit. Not the person, the account. That's all I need. Claude takes that company and runs two checks. Is it on my target list in Clay? Is it real ICP, or a competitor or a tire-kicker? If it fails, I drop it. I'm not paying to advertise to people who'll never buy. If it passes, the whole domain goes into a LinkedIn retargeting audience. Not just the one person who visited. The entire company. Now the buying group starts seeing the ads. The VP who visited, yes. But also the CEO who signs off, the CMO who owns the number, the CRO who feels the pain. On the accounts that matter, I run it to 12+ impressions each. Why it works: B2B deals don't get closed by one person. They get closed by a committee that has to agree. When four people at an account have all quietly seen your brand for two weeks, the internal story shifts. "Who are these guys" turns into "yeah, I've seen them everywhere." By the time my rep reaches out, it doesn't feel cold. It feels like the follow-up to something they already knew. One anonymous visit, turned into air cover over the whole account. Instead of hammering down on the single lead who filled out the form, you can go ahead and warm their entire company and lead them to buying from you ultimately. You can do all of this inside Claude Code, and I packaged the entire skills I’ve developed and use into a repository you can clone. Comment "ads" and I will send it your way.
