You can create production-ready briefs in one day with CLAUDE.
We wired the entire research process into a chain of skills, and after $107M+ in managed Meta ad spend, this pipeline is how every new brand gets its first batch of winning ads.
So we documented the whole system.
(This is the exact workflow our creative strategy team runs today)
Inside the breakdown:
✓ The 6-skill chain from onboarding questionnaire to finished ad briefs
✓ The sequential locks that stop generic output before it happens
✓ The disclosure system that flags everything the AI couldn't verify
✓ The 5 rules that keep the pipeline from breaking on real accounts

I’m in a WhatsApp gc with 23 CMOs of 8-fig biz. Last week this CMO texted that Claude recommends his product in 9 out of 10 prompts.
Site traffic’s up. LLM traffic CVR is higher than ever.
This guy is 25 years old and knows more about Claude / ChatGPT naming your brand on search than anyone else I know.
I asked him to give a masterclass for my team.
We’re 90 days in, with similar outcomes:
+% of traffic with high intent to buy. 4x meetings from AI literally saying GrowthAssistant.
I asked him to share everything you’d need to know about the first 3 months of starting a GEO program. He sent me this guide that breaks down his entire process:
– High visibility channels + how to play on each one
– Tool suites he trusts and what metrics he lives by
– The easy wins to amplify any size brand in search
Comment “GEO” and I’ll DM this playbook with you.

We took a tech founder from 1 LinkedIn post to $250k in pipeline in 30 days.
This is not clickbait.
Starting point: 1 post ever, 0 leads, in stealth
Impressions added in 30 days: 690,000
New followers: 700
Biggest single post: 150,000 impressions
Intro booked: a $1B tech company
Pipeline generated: $250,000
I wrote up exactly how we did it so you can do the same.
Comment "30" and I'll send it your way in a few minutes.

ABO vs CBO is the wrong debate.
Our creative spends over $3M/month on Meta.
The campaign structure doesn't matter if your creative has no system behind it.
I speak to 10+ DTC founders a week. Every single one hits the same ceiling -- ads that worked stop working and they have no idea why or what to make next.
This system fixes that.
Here's what's inside -- The Creative Data System:
• Persona Extraction Framework -- pull your buyers from real review data
• Awareness Level Map -- the 3 ad types every account is missing
• Format-to-Demographic Matcher -- stop making the wrong ad for the right person
• Angle Leaderboard -- rank what's working and double down
• Winner Iteration System -- compound your best ads without starting from scratch
• Creative Naming Convention -- make your data readable at a glance
• Team Handoff Playbook -- remove yourself from the process entirely

Claude is INSANE for writing hooks.
I turned the system behind 45%+ hook rates across $17M in Meta spend into a Claude skill.
Paste in your best ad or a brief, and it:
- Extracts the angle that made your ad win
- Writes 9 hooks across relevance, curiosity, and emotion
- Kills hooks that stop people who would never buy
- Pairs each hook with a visual direction, a hook is 50% script and 50% visual

86% of Meta ads now look identical to competitors.
And Meta's algorithm punishes sameness with higher CPMs.
In April I gave away my Claude prompt vault. 1,000+ of you grabbed it.
The problem: everyone has prompts now. Prompts aren't the edge anymore.
The edge is the system that makes your creative impossible to mistake for anyone else's.
So I built the Unique Meta Creative Scaling Vault:
• Winner Deconstruction Template
• The 3 Re-Creation Methods (one winner → ten ads)
• Creative Variation Prompt
• Persona x Awareness Matrix
• Reddit Voice-Mining Prompt
• Creative Fatigue Early-Warning Checklist
This is the exact system behind $3M/month in managed Meta spend.

Fable 5 is INSANE for creating ads
i built an agent that studies your competition and thousands of viral ads, then gives you a full viral blueprint for your brand to copy
just feed it a product photo and a landing page link and competitors names, 3 minutes later you've got a proven creative playbook for your ads, here's how it works:
- scans your brand's own website (copy, offers, structure, CTAs)
- scans competitor websites (you list them, or Claude finds likely ones for you)
- pulls live ad data straight from Meta Ad Library + TikTok via spytools
- extracts proven hooks, scripts, and visual/creative patterns from every source
- synthesizes everything into one swipe-file library
- output is a ready-to-paste doc, drop it into Claude and generate new ad scripts from proven angles instantly
- runs locally, one command, your own API keys, no video generation step slowing you down
runs 100% local, without $300/mo on spytool subscriptions or agency fees, full control, and API cost only
RT + reply w/ "AGENT" and i'll send it to you so you can use it for your brand (must follow so i can DM)

9 workflows to run your entire SEO with one Loop.
(and get recommended by AI)
Keyword research, audit, content refreshes, backlinks, reporting.
Here is what the loop does every month:
1 - Finds 30 high buying intent keywords
It starts in Google Search Console: queries where we already get impressions, pages in positions 8 to 20, terms we are almost ranking for.
That becomes the first opportunity list.
Then it adds new keywords each month that convert into leads.
2 - Finds content gaps
The loop checks what competitors and top pages cover that we do not, then turns each gap into a brief:
- target keyword
- search intent
- missing sections
- angle
- internal links
- why the page should exist
Nothing gets written without a brief.
3 - Writes the draft
The loop drafts around the live SERP: what ranks, what intent to match, what structure the page needs.
4 - Publishes to your CMS
The loop pushes to the content calendar, publishes to the CMS, or saves a draft for approval.
WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Ghost, Notion, Framer, API.
5 - Adds internal links
The loop finds relevant pages, links them naturally, and connects the post to the right topical cluster.
A good article buried 5 clicks deep is invisible.
6 - Earns backlinks through exchange
When an article is done, the loop checks the backlink exchange network and adds 1 or 2 natural outbound links to relevant businesses.
That earns credits, so other real businesses link back to you.
7 - Watches for content decay
Every week it flags pages losing clicks, impressions, CTR, or position, then diagnoses why:
- rankings dropped?
- CTR dropped?
- intent changed?
- competitors added better sections?
- weak title?
- missing internal links?
8 - Refreshes old pages
When a page slips, the loop writes the update brief:
- rewrite the intro
- add the missing section
- update the comparison
- add internal links
- improve the title
- cut outdated parts
- add FAQ/schema if useful
9 - Sends the Monthly SEO report
- what improved
- what dropped
- what got published
- what needs refreshing
- what backlinks were earned or given
- what happens next
This is where SEO is going: one loop, one editor.
You control the final result. The rest runs itself.
Comment "SEO LOOP" and I will send you the whole setup.

New winning ads don't come from following the "Andromeda" rules.
But you can unlock new winning angles by changing things like mechanisms, objections, or awareness levels.
The thing most people struggle with though, is iterating correctly, in order to maximize the winning ads for longer.
If you need to iterate on a winning ad, just follow this SOP that comes with prompts:
1. Gemini analyzes your winning ad and pulls the script.
2. The ad will be labeled/tagged.
3. Iterate following iteration rules.
4. Test the 10 iterations.
5. Repeat.

Our Head of Growth runs $300K+/mo in paid ads without opening a single ad manager. Three platforms, one terminal, 12 custom Claude Code skills.
200+ hours of work off real client campaigns. Some clearing 4X ROAS on $1M+ spent. 40+ strategy files, 39 Python scripts hitting the platforms directly.
My bet: the agency that codes its ad-ops owns the margin everyone else burns in clicks.
The whole thing is 4 Claude Code skills:
> /linkedin-ads (15 strategy files, 14 scripts): full-funnel framework with audience-sizing rules, 6 campaign structure models, ABM 1:1/1:few/1:many playbook, 35-item audit checklist, creative by awareness stage. Scripts pull demographics across job function, seniority, company size, industry, country.
> /meta-ads (16 strategy files, 12 scripts): the Meta Ads Operating System, Creative Cadence OS, Pixel + CAPI setup, ABO to CBO to Advantage+ progression, creative fatigue detection. Scripts handle full creative-copy extraction across link, video, carousel, dynamic formats.
> /google-ads (9 strategy files, 13 scripts): the intent ladder, account structure split by intent, Phrase/Exact then Broad keyword progression, Performance Max guardrails, search-terms wasted-spend finder.
> /onboarding: 5-minute interactive setup. Walks credentials platform by platform, tests connections.
Underneath all three sits the foundations layer: the 5-Stage Demand Engine (replaces TOFU/MOFU/BOFU), budget allocation by stage and channel, voice-of-customer copy framework, scaling quadrant, optimization signals split between leading and lagging.
On each platform, one job at a time:
> Google: pulls 30-day search terms, queues every query that spent money with zero conversions as a negative once you approve, audits quality scores in the same loop.
> Meta: click-through fatigue watch across every live ad. Audience oversaturation flag.
> LinkedIn: 35-item account audit, then demographics on the top campaign. The job titles and company sizes that convert.
Read-only until the diff matches what Ivan would've done by hand. Then negatives, then fatigue, then bids.
Weekly pass: Ivan runs the zero-conversion sweep on Google, then the fatigue check on Meta, then pacing. Diff against last week's run.

I broke down 36 winning DTC ads so you don't have to guess what to make next.
I put together my Winning Ad Swipe File (sorted by awareness level).
I audit accounts spending up to $12M/month and the brands that scale aren't just making more creative – they steal proven structures instead of inventing from scratch.
Most founders stare at a blank page, panic and make 40 versions of the same dying ad.
This fixes that.
I use this to go from "no idea what to test" to a full strategy in under an hour:
• 36 winners across 11 brands
• Each tagged by awareness level (Unaware → Most-Aware)
• The exact psychological trigger that made it convert
• A "Steal this" principle per ad
• The "ugly" native structures that beat studio shoots
• An index sorted by awareness level
• A how-to-use guide so it's a system, not just inspiration
