@SF_England Thanks Stephen for your prompt reply, we’ve tried ringing but it’s all automated and we just get sent a text, all mine and my husbands details seem to be mixed, I’ve been told numerous times that an email has been sent to reset the passwords but nothing received, a letter arrived
