@MyntraSupport I have received the call back. Again there is a same response that they cannot help me with this. How can a brand be so unresponsive where the customer has clearly received some other product and the brand is denying on it. Need a return to be placed asap and refund my money.

GOT SCAM BY @myntra Ordered a men’s shirt on Myntra but got a GIRLS’ DRESS! ₹1,700 wasted, & support refuses refund, saying “they checked while sending, so they can’t do anything.” This is a SCAM! Refund immediately or I’ll escalate to consumer court! Please share everyone!

@rapidobikeapp Hi team, I accidentally paid ₹1,936 instead of ₹193 to a Rapido driver yesterday. When I tried to explain the issue to the driver, he disconnected the call and has blocked me since then. Please help me with a refund for the excess amount paid.
