Robotaxi sighting in SF. No mirrors.

Introducing Fitbit Air. It’s lightweight, screenless and comfortable enough to wear 24/7 — with a battery life* of up to a week. * Battery life depends upon many factors and usage and actual battery life may be lower.

I assure you I’m not posting this as an ad for McDonald’s. I’m posting it because this has saved me from making much worse decisions more times than I can count. When I’m traveling, working an event, stuck in a hotel, or short on time, this is one of my emergency buttons: • Burger patties • Cheese (I know. Leave it off if you don’t want it.) • Pickles (I know. Leave it off if you don’t want it.) • Onions (I know. Leave it off if you don’t want it.) • Water or black coffee • Back to work Is it grass-fed ribeye with pasture-raised eggs cooked at home? No. Is it a hell of a lot better for me than grabbing a bag of chips, cookies, candy, seed oils, flour, and sugar from the nearest convenience mart? Absolutely. And this is the part people miss. For me, staying on track isn’t about “calories.” When I keep added sugar, processed carbs, grains, seed oils, and hyper-palatable junk out of my diet, my hunger, cravings, body weight, and body fat all regulate at a completely different level. When I let those foods back in, it’s not one innocent snack. It can become a cascade. More hunger. More cravings. More negotiating. More “I’ll get back on track tomorrow.” I know because I lived it. So no, this isn’t my ideal meal. But it keeps me on my path. Sometimes the win is not finding the perfect food. Sometimes the win is finding the “good enough” option that prevents the spiral.

@sensarpensar @itzAspen Over that 🤣🤣
