Nutrition is finally taking its rightful place as the "Main Course" in the Ugandan corporate world! 🥗🇺🇬 For too long, nutrition has been treated as a "side dish" or a luxury in the workplace. Seeing an entire summit dedicated to rethinking how we fuel our workforce is a massive win for our industry. Great things happen when experts collaborate! 🤝✨ I had a fantastic time at the Workplace Nutrition Summit recently. Beyond the networking, the core message was clear: a healthy workforce is a productive workforce. Shoutout to @NutritionGarag1 for requesting my presence on behalf of amicable nutritionist @TANCwellness —it’s lovely to see the industry come together to advocate for "Rethinking Nutrition." From Ronald Bbosa of Human Resource Managers' Association of Uganda (HRMAU) @hrmauofficial insights to Gerry (Geraldine) Opoka’s @GerryOpoka experience on movement and holistic wellness, Dr Robert Fungo's @rfungom exposure worldwide, the day was packed with value. Special mention to Tumukunde Jennipher for her incredible transformation (84kg down from 135kg!). Stories like hers are the heart of our profession. A shout out to Lutgard Musiime @Akiikilutgard, Nchuti Alex @NchutiWord, Moreen Doreen Atugonza @MoreenDoreen and the entire Nutrition Garage team for the barriers broken. Special mention to the BNI Uganda @BNIuganda whose business owners participation in the event made it weighty. Kuddos to Diana Ninsiima Kibuuka @DNKibuuka for leading a great community. An MC can make or break your event, Don Patrick Bugingo @DonPatrick33 made this event, time management was remarkable and the whole flow a real vibe. 👏 Let’s keep advocating for nutrition to stay at the center of the conversation!...

English must be the challenge here. That statement isn’t meant to be taken literally. It’s a rhetorical way of emphasizing a truth. In this case, that Jesus already paid the full price for our sins. It helps drive the point deeper so it’s not just understood, but felt.

Here is the blasphemy of prophet @elvis_mbonye teaching pro LGBTQIA theology. He tells his followers that salvation has already happened, past present and future! In that case there is no future judgement. Christians who walk in the flesh such as homosexuals are also saved since Jesus paid it all! I now support Gen Kainerugaba proposal for all pastors to get a theology degree! Also to recall all the armed militia groups surrounding Prophet Elvis and all other fake money making pastor's. Do you agree? Which prophet in the Bible was guarded by military men?

If I stay home and raise my own children I am a loser and not ambitious But if I hire and pay another woman to raise and take care of my children for me than I am an empowered woman If that same woman stayed home with her children she would be a loser But if she takes care of my children she is not If we both switched and raised each others children for a paycheck we would be successful ambitious girl bosses But if we do it for our own children we are losers

They also didn't have hoe's, but you have one? The didn't have cars but I believe you have one.. So what's the logical conclusion? Are you a false Pastor because you use a car, taxi or boda to move around? Do you plan to attack him but are discouraged by machine guns, why not send angels or spirits.... Mind you Samuel used a sword to behead the king of Agag in Judgement,  1 Samuel 15:33, the prophet Samuel used a sword to execute King Agag of Amalek at Gilgal, cutting him to pieces before the Lord. This was in direct response to Agag's history of violence and Saul's failure to fully obey God's command to destroy the Amalekites. If the Prophet Elvis doesn't publicly behead using a sword does that make him a preacher of false Doctrine as well? But then again, unbelief can never be satisfied 😅

@AdrianAhereza @elvis_mbonye I have been to the Zoe grounds. I kept asking why a prophet of God needs so many soldiers with machine guns? Did Elijah, Samuel, Elisha or Jeremiah's have armed guards? Can you answer that?

Jesus is the Prophet. Jesus is alive in you and I (provided you received him in your life as lord and savour and also received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit). He is expressed in us in multiple ways, gifting and expressions. One of those ways is the Prophetic...but again, unbelief can never be satisfied, if a prophet walks, that one is a false prophet(to the unbeliever), if a prophet drives a range rover - still he must be a false prophet(to the unbeliever). If a prophet doesn't prophesy, he is accused of being false, if he prophesies and his words never fall to the ground - still he is called a false prophet. Unbelief can never be satisfied. I could quote several other scriptures and I am certain you shall quote another scripture. Belief can never be satisfied. If I quote ephesians: Ephesians 4:4-16 MSG [4-6] You were all called to travel on the same road and in the same direction, so stay together, both outwardly and inwardly. You have one Master, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who rules over all, works through all, and is present in all. Everything you are and think and do is permeated with Oneness. [7-13] But that doesn’t mean you should all look and speak and act the same. Out of the generosity of Christ, each of us is given his own gift. The text for this is, He climbed the high mountain, He captured the enemy and seized the plunder, He handed it all out in gifts to the people. Is it not true that the One who climbed up also climbed down, down to the valley of earth? And the One who climbed down is the One who climbed back up, up to highest heaven. He handed out gifts above and below, filled heaven with his gifts, filled earth with his gifts. He handed out gifts of apostle, prophet, evangelist, and pastor-teacher to train Christ’s followers in skilled servant work, working within Christ’s body, the church, until we’re all moving rhythmically and easily with each other, efficient and graceful in response to God’s Son, fully mature adults, fully developed within and without, fully alive like Christ. [14-16] No prolonged infancies among us, please. We’ll not tolerate babes in the woods, small children who are easy prey for predators. God wants us to grow up, to know the whole truth and tell it in love—like Christ in everything. We take our lead from Christ, who is the source of everything we do. He keeps us in step with each other. His very breath and blood flow through us, nourishing us so that we will grow up healthy in God, robust in love. You shall say Hebrews was written after Ephesians. If I quote revelations and the two witnesses who shall prophesy: Revelation 11:3-6 MSG [3-6] “Meanwhile, I’ll provide my two Witnesses. Dressed in sackcloth, they’ll prophesy for 1,260 days. These are the two Olive Trees, the two Lampstands, standing at attention before God on earth. If anyone tries to hurt them, a blast of fire from their mouths will incinerate them—burn them to a crisp just like that. They’ll have power to seal the sky so that it doesn’t rain for the time of their prophesying, power to turn rivers and springs to blood, power to hit earth with any and every disaster as often as they want. You shall still have a choice to disbelieve and say that even prophecy is a thing if the past and not in this day and age. So I am just passing by to say Hello sir and have a good satisfying and fulfilling life even in unbelief. God bless you, cheers 👋

Ehhhh abaana ba Mbonye defend their prophet to the death. balinga numba. Atte bogera oluzungu lungi yarabi😳 Munsonyiwe banange, enjoy your false Prophet in peace.🙏 I apologize on behalf of the writers of the bible for writing Hebrews 1:1-2 We promise to host another council of Nicea next week to edit the bible and remove it so the greatest prophet of our generation can enjoy his Range Rover rides in peace. So we can honor Prophet Mbonye in peace. Why waste time honoring Jesus who we can’t see yet we have a living breathing prophet here in Kigo. Remember, “prophet Elvis Mbonye is way higher” than Moses, Elijah, Elisha, John the Baptist, Abraham, and all the apostles.” Even Satan saw him and he was very scared. Remember he goes to heaven every weekend. All hail Mbonye. 🤡

Well put. Indeed, I am also a supporter of that antinomianism(like you've coined it), but to the extent that Jesus commanded that we love our God with our all and love our neighbours as we love ourselves in fulfilling the law, especially because of what you have confessed that indeed the law does not justify. Now, if the law does not justify, why not trumpet the grace of God because it's the power of God for salvation? Give this good news to all who are weary and tired and especailly those of who arent morlly upright in society so that they can actually boldly approach the throne of grace without any fear of being cast away (because afterall God will not cast them away, and when a leader speaks on behalf of God they should let the people know that God will actually welcome them into his kingdom when they receive christ) well as we also have our human biases we should labour to welcome them into the kingdom and speak life to them. Why not strengthen the new converts in their new life as a new creation in Christ Jesus so that they can live by faith, which will actually produce those fruits of the Holy Spirit outwardly, having worked a work in them inwardly, not just spiritually, but now outwardly as they become spirit-filled and spirit-led, thereby embracing their sonship of God. Having been converted, they strengthen their brethren and then make disciples of nations. We cannot solve the problem by magnifying it, investigating it, and then dwelling on it, but I believe we can solve this problem by focusing on the solution(Jesus, who is the way, the truth, and life, whereby other than through Him no one can get to the Father). Focusing on Jesus, His power, His Glory, the marvellous things he is doing, the testimonies, and much more, despite the gross darkness in this world, can give us a better result, not just broadly speaking but also in the individuals whose lives we seek to transform. Good behaviour, moral uprightness, and, like Paul guided us to keep our minds on what is good, of good report, and basically positivity is good to do, but that's just it. Good behaviour will not bring salvation to the spirit of man and shouldn't be magnified more than the power of God to save. The knowledge that Jesus died for all our sins should be allowed to run wild because afterall it is the truth. We (the community of believers, you like the leaders and influencers of our societies, advocates, lawyers, policemen, politicians, families, and others), on the otherhand can inspire others to behave well, do the social works, the community empowerment as we are called to do both individually and corporately, and enforce good conduct and security.

Prophet Elvis Mbonyes problem is actually antinomianism: Antinomianism (from the Greek anti, "against," and nomos, "law") is the theological error that Christians, because they are saved by grace through faith, are no longer bound by the moral law. It often arises as a misguided overreaction to legalism (the belief that one must keep the law to be saved), but it fails to see that while the law does not justify, it remains the standard for a believer's conduct.

I believe Pr Ssempa is well learned theologian, a great debater, clearly well read and exposed. However, in this scenario, we should differentiate between theoretical arguments and graduate to an experiential realisation of the eternal God. Let me remind you that The Almighty God is mighty to save any one no matter how morally awake they maybe. Through that salvation, the moral good can eventually come through by the power of God. However, no amount of good behaviour can regenerate the spirit of man(becoming born again). Say that person in question got born again, and didn't repent their sinful ways(let's pretend for a moment that Pr Ssempa is without any sinful habit like hatred, anger, accusing the bretheren like the devil does daily and has good behaviour in this context) they shall actually still be citizens of heaven as the only qualifier is receiving christ and their body which is already judged could perish. No one no matter how good gets into salvation by simply being a good person.

Core errors Separation of Justification and Sanctification: 1. Antinomianism wrongly assumes that being declared righteous by God (justification) removes the need to be made holy in practice (sanctification). 2. Misunderstanding Grace: It treats grace as a "license to sin" or a "loophole" rather than the power of God that enables a believer to live righteously 3. Denial of the "Third Use of the Law": Historically, theologians like John Calvin identified three uses for God's law: Mirror: Showing us our sin and need for a Savior. Restraint: Curbing evil in society. Guide (Normative): Acting as a rule of life for believers to show gratitude to God. Antinomianism (like Elvis Mbonye) rejects this third use, claiming the law has no further role in a Christian's life Biblical Rejection: The Apostle Paul addressed this directly in Romans 6:1–2, asking, "Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? By no means!". James similarly argued that "faith without works is dead," meaning true saving faith will naturally produce a life of obedience. • The Antinomian Controversy: Martin Luther coined the term to rebuke his former colleague, Johannes Agricola, who argued that repentance should only come from the Gospel and not the Law. • Modern "Hyper-Grace": Some contemporary movements like prophet Elvis Mbonyes remnants are accused of antinomianism by teaching that once a person is saved, they need not concern themselves with moral conduct or confession of future sins.

At least first tag the correct account... Which part are we meant to agree or disagree with? The notion that we are saved by grace and not by works Or the militia Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV [8] For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] not of works, lest any man should boast. Galatians 3:1-2, 2-4 KJV [1] O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? [2] This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? [2-4] Let me put this question to you: How did your new life begin? Was it by working your heads off to please God? Or was it by responding to God’s Message to you? Are you going to continue this craziness? For only crazy people would think they could complete by their own efforts what was begun by God. If you weren’t smart enough or strong enough to begin it, how do you suppose you could perfect it? Did you go through this whole painful learning process for nothing? It is not yet a total loss, but it certainly will be if you keep this up! #ProphetElvisMbonye
