I'm feeling weirdly lost/burnt out in wow and content creation. I'm not a title player, RWF raider, glad pvp-er, guide writer or even long-term player. I don't feel interesting enough to give my opinion on anything and feel like I don't have a place in the game. how do I fix this

@NotAmberBerries But MoP had an Old God influence with Garrosh and the Sha, and technically we’ve only captured Sargeras we never truly faced off with him.

What I want for WoW more than anything is a tonal reset. We've gone from defeating Sargeras, to an unleashed N'zoth, to directly fighting a being of Titanic power, to the most powerful void lord. Can we get a reset? Can we get a MoP, where the stakes are lowered.

I feel like WoW PvP is missing a very specific game mode. Curious what other people think... 🧵 👇 So tonight I wanted to log on WoW but then I thought "man, I really don't wanna stress out in Solo Shuffle. I just want to relax." But I still wanted to have that competitive-ish, technical, skilled gameplay without feeling like there are serious stakes (both mental and CR). In other words, I still wanted to challenge myself a little bit but I didn't want to ruin my night with an unlucky lobby or bad losing streak. The problem to me is that I don't get this from "casual PvP" like random BGs or skirmishes. I also think random BGs and skirmishes do a HORRIBLE time preparing new PvPers for arena/competitive play. There's gotta be something in the middle. I don't know what I want and what is missing. Something like an ARAM? Where you can have a general feel of arena/technically PvP without caring too much about the outcome.

a short story of Sunday night m0 pugging, was explaining mechanics to a guy who said it was his first m0 and by the end i got slurred out. I see why the casual community is so afraid of LFGing and reminded why I play WoW like an MMO and use my friends/guild instead of LFG usually

@vampsob yeah I feel they’ve made them significantly worse from TWW going into Midnight. They randomly run around attacking mobs, you put them on lead they don’t move. It’s actually exhausting my fiancée and I just decided to Queue specific dungeon.

Letting the npcs do the dungeon themselves since they want to pull everything for no reason. At least the hunter is lore accurate but ffs man this needs fixed

It feels awful hitting a new Renown rank, only to realise you now have to grind a mountain of currency just to buy the reward you already worked for.

- farming it on vacation with a laptop. in a fucking FOREST - farming it with 500 attempts every year, not sleeping until 9am - farming it with 5 accounts - farming it for over 12 years WHERE IS IT.
