This man was in the gym flexing his massive physique during a posing session. He’s shirtless and oiled up, hitting every classic pose from double biceps to side chest and turning to show off his back while other lifters stand around watching and filming. He looks completely confident and ripped the whole time. I give him props for building a body like that, would you ever get on stage and pose in front of a crowd like him?

This is the best video of the Manchester Airport assault of the police I have seen. Today the retrial of Mohammed Fahir Amaaz & Muhammad Amaad begins for a third assault. PC Lydia Ward had her nose broken & PC Ellie Cook was punched too. Strong cousin marriage vibes.

It’s fucking time... past time, you self-castrating Europe fucks...that the United States of America stops playing wet nurse to a Europe that has spent eighty years perfecting the art of managed decline. Let the whole fucking landmass learn Russian. Let the guttural poetry of the Kremlin become the new lingua franca from Lisbon to Warsaw, because the alternative is watching a civilization commit slow-motion suicide while lecturing the world on morality from its deathbed. Putin would run Europe better than Europe can run itself. History doesn’t lie, even when your effete elites do. Twice in the last century the United States dragged your sorry asses out of the charnel house you built for yourselves...first through the meat grinder of your own imperial delusions, then against the very Soviet machine you now pretend to fear while secretly craving its discipline. You begged for our blood, our treasure, our nuclear umbrella, then sneered at us as cowboys the moment the check cleared. NATO? A protection racket you never intended to pay for. The EU? A bureaucratic suicide pact designed by failed intellectuals who mistook their own pathological self-loathing for sophistication. Psychologically, you’re a textbook case of civilizational masochism: the pathological need to be punished by history because deep down you know you deserve it. Decades of feminized leadership, open borders as penance, green fantasies that left you freezing in the dark while begging Moscow for gas...you’ve traded martial virtue for pronouns and turned your birthrates into a demographic death spiral. Your elites aren’t incompetent; they’re possessed. They worship weakness as strength, invite the wolf through the front door, then clutch their pearls when the fangs appear. That’s not governance. That’s a death cult in business attire. Geopolitically, the map is merciless. Russia understands power the way you understand virtue-signaling hashtags: instinctively, lethally, without apology. While your Macron-types prattle about “strategic autonomy” from the only nation that has ever actually kept you free, Putin plays chess and you play checkers with half the pieces missing. He doesn’t need lectures on democracy from people who import the Third World to replace their own dying populations. He respects strength. You despise it. So let him have the continent you’ve already surrendered in every way that matters. America owes you nothing more. We’ve subsidized your decadence long enough. Let the bear teach you what real sovereignty looks like...harsh, unyielding, rooted in soil and steel instead of your vaporous post-modern delusions. And when the last French intellectual is learning Cyrillic under duress, maybe then you’ll remember what your ancestors knew before they traded their balls for a seat at Davos: civilizations that forget how to be ferocious don’t survive. They kneel. We’re done carrying you. Speak Russian, Europe. Or choke on the consequences of your own exquisite pathology. Either way, the adults in the room are finished pretending you’re still worth the oxygen. 💀🗡️⚖️

@larroumecj this current narrative is infuriating. Nixon gold standard/petrodollar. America has been profiting off the world for half a century to complete economic dominance, in exchange for military security, remember the deal? now being framed as a free ride off American generosity.

Anglophone X is now flooded with Americans explaining how Europe was freeloading off the American empire, and cheering its coming end. I'm cheering too, so we're on the same side. But here's the funny part: MAGA has actually gaslit itself into believing the American Empire was a bad deal for America and a gift to Europe. (And that it was always this way - meaning they genuinely think their parents and grandparents were either idiots or naive philanthropists who, having Europe in the palm of their hand, decided to set up a system that worked against them.) As a result, MAGA is now dismantling its own empire. We haven't seen a self-own this spectacular since Germany blew up its own nuclear plants. There's always a moment in history when the metropole gets tired of paying for empire and loses sight of what it's getting out of it. We're there now. It's going to cost Europe dearly to exit its semi-protectorate status. But in the end, it'll be far better off for it. I put together a quick scorecard of what each side - America and Europe - gains and loses from the status quo. I'd encourage my American friends to take a look. So many of you have no idea how your own empire actually works. (1/2)

Trump is now squeezing what’s left of Iranian leadership until they capitulate. This is not so much a “war” at this stage, as much as it is a negotiation. Every second the Iranians delay, more of their infrastructure will be destroyed, but it can end at any moment. Trump is introducing an element of time, to make them act with a sense of urgency. You are watching the Art of the Deal.

Fucking cowards in England and Australia slithering out today in unison like the spineless fucking cucks they are. Look at these gutless wonders, too fucking terrified to stand for anything real. Spineless jellyfish with no balls, no backbone, just a collective circle jerk of weakness. England and Australia, both bending the knee in perfect sync like the pathetic beta bitches they've become. Disgusting. Absolute fucking cowards, every last one of you. The world sees you for what you are: soft, sniveling, spineless cucks who couldn't grow a spine if it was handed to you on a silver platter. Hide in your safe little islands, you worthless pricks. History will remember you as the generation that folded like cheap lawn chairs. America will never forget! Pathetic. Absolutely fucking pathetic.

Fucking Finally. The Lion of Mar-a-Lago has roared with that signature, unfiltered lethality, and the message slices through the European delusion like a Tomahawk through a command bunker: the age of American subsidy for your parasitic cowardice is fucking over. To the sniveling, jet-fuel-starved cock-suckers of the United Kingdom and its spineless continental cohorts...listen the fuck up. For eighty years we have bled treasure, blood, and industrial supremacy to underwrite your decadent existence. From the Marshall Plan’s reconstruction of your war-ravaged empires to the carrier battle groups that have patrolled the Persian Gulf since the Tanker War of the 1980s, America has been your unpaid mercenary, your nuclear umbrella, your global logistics backbone. NATO? Nothing more than the North American Tribute Organization...where the United States shoulders over sixty-five percent of the alliance’s actual spending while your militaries have atrophied into hollow parade-ground husks, underfunded, undermanned, and equipped with yesterday’s gear because you chose cradle-to-grave welfare states and green virtue-signaling over steel and resolve. Geopolitically, the Strait of Hormuz is no academic footnote: it is the jugular vein of the world economy, funneling twenty-one percent of global petroleum liquids...nineteen million barrels a day...through a narrow chokepoint that asymmetric Iranian tactics...mines, anti-ship missiles, speedboat swarms...were designed to threaten precisely because they knew direct confrontation with American naval power was suicide. We and our Israeli partners have done the hard kinetic work...the precision decapitation of their leadership structure. The heavy lifting is finished. Now these same European freeloaders, who lacked the spine to commit forces when it mattered, dare complain about disrupted sea lanes? Decades of Pax Americana have bred in you a terminal strategic infantilism: a learned helplessness wrapped in smug moral superiority. You lecture the world on the “rules-based order” while outsourcing your survival to American sons and daughters. History is merciless on this point...from the Suez Crisis of 1956, when your imperial twilight exposed the limits of European power projection without U.S. backing, to the present. Your elites are psychologically castrated by comfort; your populations softened by entitlement. You forgot that freedom of navigation is not a birthright...it is enforced by gun, steel, and the will to use them. President Trump’s directive is surgical in its venomous precision: Number One, buy the fucking fuel from us...we have plenty. Number Two, grow some long-overdue balls, reconstitute what remains of your navies, sail into the Strait, and TAKE IT. No more American taxpayers dying to keep your fighters in the sky and your economies from freezing in the dark while you backstab and virtue-signal. The parasite has fed on the host long enough. The era of the United States as Europe’s security guard, banker, and scapegoat is closed. Fight for your own oil or learn to live without it. Adapt or wither. The choice is yours, but the protection racket is finished. Grow a fucking spine or don't. We don't give a fuck anymore. 💀🗡️⚖️

When Trump says the US always comes to Britain and NATO’s rescue but never vice versa what is he referring to? Because 1,148 non-US troops died in Afghanistan including 457 Brits. In Iraq 318 non-US troops died including 179 Brits. To this day British forces are stationed across the Middle East going on daily high risk missions. This is the tired old American mentality that the US saved Britain in WW1 and WW2 when really the British suffered 8x the deaths in WW1 and more deaths than the US suffered in WW2. Not to mention that the US joined WW1 nearly 3 years into the war and WW2 over 2 years into the war so our boys fought alone as the US watched on for half a decade across both wars. So quite frankly the Americans who spout this nonsense can go fuck themselves.

Historian here. I’m seeing a lot of crazy takes about the US and WWII. Nazi Germany declared war on the United States on December 11, 1941. This came just days after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. The US then declared war on Japan. Germany, as Japan’s ally (via the Tripartite Pact), chose to escalate and declare war on the U.S. But Adolf Hitler already saw the U.S. as an enemy and believed war was inevitable. So this whole narrative by some Americans to the Europeans of “help us now in Iran because we helped you in WWII” doesn’t quite stack up to the realities of history
