Injuries will skyrocket and players will start resting like in the NBA because only divisional games will matter until Thanksgiving.

Another change: NFL teams will no longer be able to protect specific home games from being moved internationally.
Until now, team could lock in two guaranteed home stadium games each season. That rule has been eliminated and the NFL can now move any game they want to a different country.
The NFL’s global expansion push is aggressive right now.

NFL owners have approved increasing the maximum number of league-run international games per season from 8 to 10 beginning in 2027. That maximum does not include the Jaguars-run game in London.

@scarpizio Isn’t this how you are supposed to develop a young QB? You have a coach who CAN do that and 2 young guys. If they stink bc they had to play this year then you know what to do in 2027 w/o picking in the muddy middle. IMO the talk cannot focus on a veteran backup.

LMFAO it's actually a horrible first line. Being adversarial with fans is a lose-lose situation for any owner, coach or player. Fans fund the teams, yet many on the team have recently told fans how to fan. Ironically, only Mike Tomlin said he shares the fans' frustrations.

Honestly an awesome first line from Art. They hired the guy they believe is the best man to lead the team into the short-term and long-term future & get this team it’s QB of the future. They weren’t concerned with ‘winning’ the coaching cycle in the court of public opinion in January, as they shouldn’t be. Many teams that have ‘won’ past coaching cycles in January hired young, exciting coaching candidates that the fans loved and they ended up failing miserably. Others have made hires that were questioned at the time (as Mike’s is now) and it ended up being a success. The simple reality is, we just don’t know at this point how good of a hire this is, and we won’t know for some time now. I for one, certainly hope they made the right choice. I guess we’ll see.
