Comprehensive study on delayed neurotoxicity with cilta-cel by @YiLinMDPhD! ALCpeak ≥ 3000/cc had a PPV of 31% for any DNT, 21% for CNPs, and 12% for Parkinsonism! ALCpeak < 3000/cc had a NPV of 98-99% for all! Age>75 years was a predictor of Parkinsonism!
