gonna be real for a minute - working from home is lonely as fuck and way, way harder than people make it out to be. ive really struggled with that loneliness the past 2 months. my wife can only take so much stock market/crypto/AI chat before going insane - there is zero variability or spontinaiety in my social life and since having kids my friends circle is like 2 ppl (who live in different cities). its incredibly isolating and demoralising.. i adore my kids and wife.. but theres more to life than that. anyone else working fully remote got advice or strategies on how they have dealt with this? im gonna explore moving myself into a shared office space for the remainder of the year, i think.. costs be damned.. i need some social interaction

i predict a crash in the pre owned watch market in the next few months if this war keeps dragging on. just think about how many luxury watches are sitting on wrists in dubai right now. collectors, influencers, onlyfans models, crypto guys. years of bull market money parked in steel, gold, platinum and other precious metals. and now imagine a lot of them suddenly leaving the city and heading back to places where wearing a six figure watch in public means you might literally lose your arm. those watches don’t stay on wrists. they end up on chrono24. multiplied across thousands of people, that’s a lot of supply hitting the market at once.
