It's starting to feel like this process by @AirCanada and @eConciliador is intentionally broken and being ignored to avoid having to pay out compensation to customers. Or be frustrating to the point where people give up. Tagging @CTA_gc @Transport_gc

Then we get this frustrating email saying we never accepted the claim. How are we supposed to do that.

@FathomDotVideo I can’t wait until Fathom can eventually roll out recording phone calls. Currently still have to find a workaround for when a client calls me on the phone. Would be awesome to integrate fathom as it’s so core to my workflow now! Is this on the roadmap?
