@nextofficial What a surprise! No phone call from a manager today as promised yesterday! I even phoned at midday today to check that a manager would call me and I was told yes, I was in the managers diary for a call back! And nothing!! Still waiting and the office is now closed 😡😡

@nextofficial A manger is meant to be calling me tomorrow! But this still doesn’t get me my sofa today. This is the 3rd lorry that’s arrived with no sofa but to collect the faulty one! 3 wasted days waiting in for nothing!! How hard can it be to put a sofa on a lorry?? 😡

@nextofficial worst service ever! How hard is it to collect & deliver a replacement sofa! 3 wasted days waiting in for new sofa & again it’s not loaded on lorry. Customer service can’t tell me why! Let’s see what a manager has to say tomorrow! Absolutely unbelievable !😡😡
