The FA cannot let him get away with that. This will be a missed opportunity if they don’t take action against Arsenal and Martinelli. There has been too many incidents in football where refs are pushed or shoved and football cannot let it escalate any more. I would have loved to see the ref send him off.

I just gave you examples… One of the goals was salibas side, a header at the back post. The others are all Gabriel’s side where he ran in behind him. Saliba matches Haaland for pace and power and wins his duels against him more often than not, which is something 99% of defenders cannot say.

@totsyw @refsupportuk You know the linesman is an extension of the referee right? They are all match officials which referee the match. A linesman referees if the ball is in or out of play and if a player is offside. Also can make calls on fouls. So go on…

A modo de conclusión y voy a repetir lo mismo que dije en el post partido. Es un alivio quedar eliminado. Nos podía tocar el City o Chelsea. Y Arteta iba a poner titulares, podíamos sufrir lesiones o cansancio en un partido que no vale la pena. Habría hecho suspender el partido vs Newcastle, se alarga la agonía y se nos iban a juntar todos los juegos. Obviamente prefiero quedar eliminado por un equipo de segunda División a un equipo como el City o Chelsea. Ahora ya hay sólo partidos importantes, Champions y Premier, sin distracciones, sin suplentes, con todo. Vamos a coronar, como siempre les dije. Confíen.
