Spent an hour in the queue. Got in. Spent forty minutes allocating only my priority tickets while every page took 2 minutes to load. Finally attempted to pay. Got kicked out and now I'm 11,000th in the queue. Lovely stuff. #LFF

@LNER just had a disappointing conversation with a customer service agent - was incredibly unwell last Sunday when I had a journey to London booked and have not been able to get my money back for the unused ticket. £50 is a substantial sum of money to not get back - shocking
